Excuse my few days late review...
Totally positive experience with Tim Smoot and the service department. Winner Ford should be proud to have an excellent man like Tim running things in service. He's the type of manager that brings a positive name to the brand. Complete checkup on my Focus, went beyond what most others would have done. I will be coming back to Winner and Tim for everything on my Focus.

My husband and I traveled 4 hours each way to buy a car from Winner this past weekend. We worked with salesman Gene Duffy. He was thorough and honest from start to finish and is just a genuinely nice guy. He kept in constant communication with us, even after-hours. I made a comment on how much I liked his business card holder (a super cool Shelby GT 350 hood) and asked if he had anymore laying around; the dude took his business cards out of it and gave it to me! That definitely added the cherry on-top of his already superior service. The transaction and entire experience went as smoothly and easily as it possibly could have gone. My husband is stoked about his new car, and can't wait to enjoy it! Thanks so much to Gene, Gavin, and the rest of Winner for a great experience!

Chris is by far the best around. He stopped what he was doing to take the time and help me with an important situation with my lease purchase. He continued his excellent service through the entire process, walking me through each step. Chris had a wealth of knowledge and patience. He made sure to take time to explain everything to me.

Purchased a 2021 explorer from Winner Ford yesterday. I worked with Mark Gerelli and had a great experience. He took his time to work up all my options and I didn t feel any pressure at all. If you re in the market, I d definitely recommend giving him a call!

We are not from the area and had the driver side window refuse to go up. I called about 10 dealerships in PA and a few in NJ to see if I could just get them to put up the window. Everyone I called but Winner was too busy to assist and in some cases didn't even answer the service department phone. I showed up at Winner and they immediately helped me and solved the problem. It was all done quickly and at a reasonable rate. I would highly recommend the extremely helpful service department.

Winner Ford service department is top notch. Whenever I need my 3 Ford s serviced they are the only dealer in Tri-state area I ll use. The staff is friendly and supportive and my vehicle is always fixed in a timely manner. Great job all around in service and customer satisfaction.
