Terrible. Worst care I have ever received from a professional health care group. Appointments are only 15 minutes with the psychiatrist and there phone systems never work or their voice mail is full. If your loved one is sent here ask for another recommendation.

Me and my Wife really like there Psychiatry services, and the receptionist Staff there Exceptional and Complementary Professional services Nami included. Dr. Johnson counsel me on the right path for my educational goals med management included and provided me with the best life renewing Care in Social Services I ve been in this Clinic Care for 4 years I am stable going onstrong and family oriented thank you Dr. Johnson and Care team Management Jennifer CSW there wonderful there services expertise provide Professional life healing and Renewing Hope; we can all use that I am now a non- smoker non- druger almost kicked the drinking habit and I m seeking medication Atkins diet and exercise and college career. Just what I need; we are hoping to get my Wife to see Dr. Keesnger ie I think that s her name I hope she s still working and I hope they can schedule intake for her to.

The office ladies are awesome. I have been treated with the up most respect. I will continue to use there services as long as there available!

Didn t refill my prescription, even though if was faxed over to them, for four days. Office staff seem to think they are doctors and make decision about my care.

Dr. Withers is very helpful! The support staff there are the WORST I have experienced in my life. These girls could learn a lot from CVS team at Fairview&Baker. The CVS team has to almost always call or fax 3 times to get a refill. Disgusting..

I would give zero star.

This is one of the worth mental health places that i been to in my life!!!!!!! When you try to check the background of your doctor the only answer you find is not found!!!!!!!! I do not think any of them is a doctor maybe social worker to be honest i think this place is a fraud Monday i am calling my health provider or having my lawyer talk to them to change to a different doctor office and also they can not play with people health, medicine and all that they not above God or the law do not waste your time this place will not help you in anyway. Ms weathers never in time and really has no clue about medicine or showing care to her patients and that should be trust between doctors and patients she lied to me straight to the face i am 59 years old never seen a doctor prescribe Anxiety medicine and write as need it!!!! Pain medicine yes you trying to prevent Anxiety from happening not wait and take the medicine then and also it is impressing for a doctor to look in book ro find out what ZOLOFT , Xanax or any will known medicine And also you should be able to spend sometimes talking to the doctor not with her she is arriving to work late and she need to rush everyone finally she has no people skills she is lawsuite about to happen for her dangering my health and life because she knows whats better for me!!!!! I am not done with her i want to make sure she does not have a job in California dealing with the mentally ill.

Dr. Jack Johnson, M.D. is a fantastic Psychiatrist and I ve been seeing him for well over 8 years. I pay cash and don t have a problem that he doesn t except my health insurance because it s hard to find a psychiatrist that you can trust and he/she can trust you. He has been able to manage my psychiatric conditions very well. I used to not be able to get out of the house and I have for the past 7-8 years been able to live a normal life. We found the right medication mix that made me function like your average Joe. I have to give 4 starts due to his office staff. They are horrible and incompetent! They have screwed up my appointment time and date before many times and it s very hard to get a live person on the line. Also, for refills, the office staff doesn t get the request in front of Dr. Johnson right away and it can take 7-14 days to get a refill at the pharmacy after they send the request.
