We have done business with Higley Ford for a number of years. They have always been honest and forthright. They are accommodating for our schedule and needs. The staff is friendly and the mechanics are knowledgeable. We are very satisfied with our experiences there.

Very friendly service. They keep a lot of Ford parts in stock so if you need something quick definitely give them a call.

My mom and I are on a road trip and we just stopped for groceries only to notice that the undercarriage cover was hanging down on the passenger side. Looks like the people who changed the oil last forgot something.... we quickly pulled into Higley Ford and were met outside by a friendly gentleman who knew we needed help. Our car was in and out of the garage within 20 minutes even though they had other work to do. Very thankful for the fast and friendly service at Higley Ford...5 stars indeed!

Would have been nice to get more than 5 miles down the road before the engine light came on. Than say they re going to fix , wait for the check to clear than come back with oh we ll split the cost we already came down in price on the vehicle ( ya for other reasons). My expectations are that I know I m paying less for an older used vehicle because it has less life in itNOT because at the moment of purchase it has a problem. I would expect that the vehicle would have been looked over before being put on the lot.

I still love the song that was played on TV for Higley Ford commercials. It was played to old timey concertina music and sung with heavy Scandihoovian accent.

Every time I run across the name Windom I think of that commercial jingle. Funny with sticks in your head from childhood.

Was lied to and told a $ for my Ford trade in and then the owner offered less than half that. Condescending and untruthful!

Brought my truck there 3 1/2 weeks ago to get my rear end fixed, local mechanic told me it was 7.5 book hours to fix. Called them today 3 1/2 weeks later and they still don t know when they will get it done.

I bought a 2015 ford fusion from Higley Ford. I know they always stand behind their products. They are so easy to work with, service is great. I love my car.

Never had any dealings with them. Vehicles look good but 'never judge a book' is something I heard once. Havent ever even glanced at prices or anything so I got no personal information here. Never heard any rumors either so I have no opinion and no information either way.

Five stars for the guys that helped me after my tire came off the rim.
