So gooooooooood! Juicy chicken! Salads are the bomb!

The customer services is usually pretty bland but they work very hard so I don't expect more than I get with this place. Day shift has tastier food than night shift, usually anywhere that you go is like this though. The drinks are 99% ice so if I forget to say no ice, I am always disappointed with the amount of liquid. It's really only 3 sips if you get ice! So yeah, just remember to get no ice and go during the day and you will NOT be disappointed. I love their food and everyone who works here is nice and pretty.

Food is good but it kinda messes my stomach up after I eat here.

Employees friendly and good, came in at lunch time and only 3 people eating, food was just so so and over priced for what I got, not sure if I will be back to Zaxby's?

I'm not one to normaly complain, but the food was hot but small pieces of chicken. I got the 4 piece and none was over 2 1/2 inches. The slaw looked like it might have been two bites. When I asked if this was normal they did replace the slaw and said it must have spilled out.

I cannot say enough great things about Zaxby's. The Marlin Drive location here in Greenwood has amazing food, super service and an immaculate dining room that I use frequently for lunch meetings. It is busy, but not overwhelming. They seriously have the best salads in town! It wont disappoint!

If you love good tasting chicken, you'll love this place!

Frequented the SR136 location many times. Food and service seems inconsistent.

They don't really listen. 90% of the time we go there our order gets messed up.

Used to be good now they short you on anything. Don t bother ordering a large fry your just throwing your money away. Used to not have to they used to give a full container now it s like a fourth. And if you order a large it s also a fourth

Usually we don't have any problems but today when we ordered the Zaxbys snack pack which is $6.50 these pieces of chicken were half the size they normally are. The kids meal had bigger pieces. Probably will not return to this location again.

Can t eat inside and it s not due to government regulations. Took my money elsewhere to eat.

Very rude manager, and right when I ordered staff were unprofessional.

Really good chicken! Fries were seasoned well. The staff was really friendly. Beautiful location. When are you coming to Avon???

The staff by far as friendly as ive seen their grilled chicken zalads omg to die for thr grilled is sooooo good the tenders nice and flavorful and juicy and very clean i recommend anyone to come for lunch very awesome and i have to say they beat kfc by far

Whom'th be going to mf Zaxby's when there's a chick-fil-a and popeyes on the same road. What's wrong with people. smh

Excellent choice of fingers or wings. Range of sauces for the wings. Bone-in or boneless. The seasoning on the frys makes them stand out from the crowd.

Good chicken at a moderate price. I liked it and will return.

The staff was not so friendly and acted rushed. Handed me my food and shut the door.

Dip FROZEN! When I took it up to counter the manager refused to let team member heat my buffalo chicken dip because "that's the way its served.

I love this place finally got my husband to try it because he always wants hamburgers and he was very impressed.

I went thru the Marlin Dr Greenwood drive thru the week of Thanksgiving 2020 to get a sandwhich while i was waiting on my pickup order from the local grocery store. I got a grilled chicken sandwhich which came with honey mustard sauce and I got a diet soda. The sandwhich was excellent, very tasty and overall a good experience.

But why only 4 stars if the sandwhich was excellent? My soda was 90% ice, when I had consumed all the soda the ice in the cup was up to 1/2 inch from the top of the cup. So I only got a small amount of soda compared to what I paid for. Next time I will get no ice with my soda but the sandwhich was excellent.

The wings were pretty good. Fairly disappointed that a chicken joint uses chicken strips on their chicken sandwiches rather than one bigger piece

16 and some change for 10 wings and 1 order of fries and a drink. Wings very dry. Won't be back!!

First time going there. Loved it so much!!! 10/10 reccomend the Tongue Torch boneless wings

I was worried this one would be like the one off Emerson, but it's the polar opposite. Staff is friendly and professional, order has never been wrong, and the food is amazing! So happy to have a great zaxbys around!

Good food as usual. The honey bacon chicken sandwich was great and I love the fries! The coke machines seemed to be out of a few things or I would score them higher on this visit. Will come back any time I can though.

I came here for the first time today and this place is AMAZING! The manager was really nice and their food is delicious! I had the BIG ZAX SNAK. Go try it! Don't forget the Zax Sauce.

Salad a bit light on the lettuce but fresh. Chicken was good.

Good food. There's no shortage of options for any taste! Everything is made to order and you can taste the difference. Perfect for low carb diets and/or low calorie diets. Try every sauce and you just might forget about the other chicken options around the area. Our family has eaten here at least 20 times since they opened this location.

First time to eat here, it was very reasonably priced.

Amazing food, great service and very friendly staff

Cashier was very helpful and friendly. Food was fresh and delicious as ALWAYS. Service was in a timely manner. Restaurant was clean as always as well.

Absolutely loved my experience at this Zaxbys. Food was great and service was excellent. Always nice to be greeted with a smile.

Always good chicken (try the teriyaki sauce!) and fast service. The sweet tea is really good too.

Just a couple down sides.... The fact that all the sides cannot be substituted in (e.g. the cheese bites) on a combo, even at an upcharge, is frustrating. Also, for a place that has good fried food, the fries are sad.

Idk how or why this chain is still open but it's not good at any location.

Good chicken, fries could be crispier, catsup tastes like applesauce, i really like the zax sauce.

My family loves the salad. We come here about once a week. Very friendly and clean. Several salads to choose from.

I can't get enough of this place. The chicken is soooo good and the Zaxby's sauce is borderline addictive!

I really like their salads. You get such a large salad.

Service fast but way over priced. Plus have to get your own drink. I suggest going to Applebee s to save money. Just got home and they give you 1 sauce for whole order. Never will I go back. TERRIBLE FOR THE MONEY. Spent more then if I went to Applebee s or O Charlies. Chicken fingers small. 2 4 pcs chicken fingers. Not much bigger the a nugget but cost $16.72
