Customer service and guys at warehouse are pathetic. No sense of talking/dealing with customers. Their were eight nos of laminate sheets rolled together, the guys were telling me why you can t put this in your truck by yourselves. I was like, are you serious. I feel shame for their behaviour. I guess owner / manager don t care about bad ratings. that is why they are still behaving like this, even some one have given bad reviews for their behaviour.

Wife and I went in for a small piece of white Arborite; both the front office staff and the wharehouse staff were very helpful despite ours being a small order, would definitely go back.

Not very pleasant phone service.. also have been left on hold for a long period of time more than once.
It's like I'm invisible! Two meat heads walked past, not a hello, be right with you, nothing! It's too bad because their product is fantastic, their customer service, not at all.
Good selection of products. Terrible customer service. Warehouse staff are rude and unhelpful.
This isn't a showroom but the staff were friendly and very helpful
