Great department store, modern, good lifts, lots of stock nicely displayed. Good changing facilities for babies. Good view from the 3rd floor!

Exactly how department stores should be! Wonderful staff who have product knowledge. Lift access to all floors aswell as central escalators, clear signage for current Covid restrictions. Superb!!

Colchester is lucky to have a department store like Fenwick. Unlike other stores (John Lewis in Chelmsford) its clean and the visual merchandising is excellent. It makes you want to actually look around the entire store.

Unlike other department stores, the concessions are different too! And the new wine and gin room can be dangerous if you like to treat someone to some rather tasty tipples.

The collections in the store are not huge, but the items stocked are will priced and displayed... Good Bye JL.. Hello Fenwick's!
