Really upsetting to see the lynx and the wolf so stressed. Constantly pacing backwards and forwards. The lynx enclosure seemed far to small. The wolf was kept alone thought they lived in packs? Even saw a red squirrel pacing. Half the enclosures were empty most of the animals looked depressed. Cafe ...

I felt some enclosures would have benefitted from being larger, but the information and signage was excellent. The cafe area and gift shop and picnic area could ...

Virtually all the enclosures were empty, the overall impression was quite depressing and filthy. The pathways were very muddy with areas of broken and degrading tarmac, much like the potholed car park. The facilities too left much to ge More

Could quite easily spend the whole day here. All of the animals seem well cared for, apart from one or two who look stressed but it could be mating behaviour according to the signs on display. Would highly recommend it for a couple or a small family. We've been twice now at 2 and 3pm until it closed...

Had a very enjoyable day yesterday. It was wonderful to see the rescued bears in their large enclosure which had everything they could want. I would say though that it was sad to see the lone wolf pacing up and down all the time and we thought the enclosure for the Lynx was quite small for them.

Another fantastic and enjoyable visit. Social distancing and cleaning stations around to keep you safe. The Bears were all out and performing for visitors. We're members so we visit lots. Donated to fundraising for red squirrel enclosure which burnt down and the relocation of the bear cubs.
