I highly recommend Wigger Draperies. The staff are very knowledgeable and experienced. If you are tired of dealing with inexperienced people or don't want to waste your time, go see the staff at Wigger. You wont be disappointed.

Do you not find it interesting that the owners family is filling out reviews of 5 stars to improve the google ratings. lol. In all my dealings with the owners of Wigger Draperies, I found that their moral compass was non-existent and they fail to take responsibility for their actions. If you want an unethical and unprofessional group of people to oversell you on cheap products you can find at home depot please be my guest.

Had our window coverings updated after 20 years. After some our initial consulation we selected Vertisheers and valances for our living room and kitchen. We are thrilled with the outcome and how much it modernized our space!

We were looking for blinds and after a mediocre experience with Hunter Douglas rep from Costco we decided to contact Wigger Draperies. The whole process was very smooth and pleasant-from explaining options & prices (including a really good advice) to the installation. Professional, non-pushy and on-time (actually 2 weeks ahead of time, lol). We got 2" blinds in brushed aluminum for our new home, highly recommended family business. Thumbs up.

Wiggar installed four binds in our sunroom. Twice the blinds would not go up. They are still under warranty. When it happened the second time, while the blinds were still under warranty, they refused to send out a technician unless we paid for his time. Classless! I told them I would be posting a negative review but they never called back. We had used them many times in the past but never again

Store full of reps (4), not even 1 is coming to ask if u need any help. Really poor customer service

Wigger draperies was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. The staff is very professional and personable with honest and practical advice. They are very diverse and helped us with blinds, drapery, and wallpaper and now I'm looking forward to upholster something with them next. I love being able to support a local family business, especially of this caliber. I would recommend anyone who is looking for high quality products with beautiful execution at a fair price.

I have had the pleasure of working with Wigger Draperies for many years now. My family recently moved to a new home and had 14 plus windows to cover. Aga was amazing to work with. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. She was patient as we worked to find something that we love. We only waited about 2 weeks for our blinds to arrive and installation was very efficient. I'd highly recommend working with Wigger Draperies and Aga!!

Unfortunately I had a fire at my place this year and I turned to Wigger Draperies to make new blinds for my entire place. The quality is great and my place feels like a home again. Would highly recommend them, great quality service.

I'll give Wigger 5 out of 5 for my new custom drapes that we did in all three rooms of my condo. You have to get a number of important decisions right when you do this (e.g. what fabric, what style, what dimensions and placement, what rod, what liner, etc.) and without all the help and good advice I got, I would have been either stuck or made a wrong choice. Instead, looking at the finished result, I see we really did get it right!

Our experience at Wigger has been exceptionally fantastic. Aga was our sales consultant and she is knowledgeable and approachable at all times. We cannot thank her enough for her wonderful and excellent service. We have ordered all our blinds from Wigger. The selection of materials to choose from was endless. Not only do they do draperies but there is a large selection of blinds. Thanks Aga for all of your help. We do recommend this place to everyone as we had a awesome experience.

Great job re-upholstering our sofa and 2 chairs - they are like new! Reason I didn't give a 5 star was because we were told we would have the furniture back in 10 days and ended up being 22. Would recommend to anyone looking at doing re-upholstery on existing furniture instead of buying new.

I recently had valences made for our new home. I found the designer to be very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. Once the fabric was in - they were very efficient getting them done.
The installer was also very meticulous and did a super job.
I am now waiting to have our tub chairs reupholstered, I am confident they will be done beautifully.

I would definitely recommend this company.

I had many pieces of furniture reupholstered at Wigger Draperies and FDY Furniture in Edmonton, AB. Sales coordinator Stephen Harries is very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and easy to work with. He went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. Tom was helpful and has a great sense of humor. The owner, Elizabeth Grajoszek takes pride in her business and strives to provide her customers with the best experience. I understand why this company has been awarded many consumer choice awards. They have my recommendation.

I recently had drapes made for my bedroom. There was an amazing selection of materiel to choose from. The finished product looks great and was definitely worth the money.

Aga was fantastic! I explained what I thought a 'Lifetime' warranty was and Wiggar Draperies agreed. They are going to repair my blind which I really appreciate. I spoke with the representative from Hunter Douglas and they feel a lifetime warranty is .... 7 years.

They quality of what we received is decent. My issue is with the service itself. Overall, the sales person did not do due diligence to educate us about the options and how we could have benefitted from them (i.e black out blinds and clips for the bottom of the windows). When we returned to address some of our issues, the sales man was quite dismissive of our concerns and not interested in helping us solve the problems. We would have been very happy to spend extra to get things done right the first time and thought that with an in-home visit that the sales person would have educated us (we acknowledge that window coverings are not our area of expertise). Not an idea service experience.

Aga was amazing with my requests and I will definitely be back! It was very easy to work through what I was looking for and they were very accommodating to my timing.

I live in a unit very close to the downtown store. The owner of the unit is not that involved and one of my slats from my verticals worked it's way through the connector. I was stumped. I went to Wigger and they said to bring it in. I returned with the piece that needed to replaced, fully prepared to buy it. They gave me a couple to try at no cost. This is a strong community member and both the receptionist and the designer were lovely. Additionally, they had masks to provide to customers who arrived with no mask and had protected all of their staff. Wigger Draperies in an outstanding member of downtown Edmonton.

This experience could not have gone better. Steven and Victoria are great to deal with.
I shopped around other companies advertising "low pricing" weren't even close to Wigger Draperies. I put off buying blinds because I thought they would be expensive, but Wigger offered great value and selection and the window coverings are beautiful!
I wish I had done it years ago!

Excellent service from start to finish. We recently had our dining room chairs re-upholstered by Wigger Draperies. We were given excellent advice about fabric choice during a home visit by a Wigger representative, who took us beyond our comfort zone for color. We are very happy with the fabric, the color, and the way in which the chairs work with other materials a colors in the room. The actual upholstering was very professional. Everyone in the office was courteous and helpful. We highly recommend Wigger.

My Law Firm, Oddleifson & Kaup, in St. Albert, worked with Wigger Draperies and Furniture to reupholster our boardroom chairs. There were many fabric samples provided to choose from, and good recommendations from Wigger as to which type would stand up to the high traffic we expect. Wigger also replaced the cushions in the chairs.
When the chairs were finished and had been in use for a few weeks, we found that the foam was already sagging, creating visible creases in the fabric and not supporting a person sitting in the chair in the same way.
When we contacted Wigger about the issue, they agreed to replace the existing foam with a firmer, more durable foam free of charge.
We are very pleased with the look and feel of the chairs now, and thank Wigger for their commitment to customer service.

This was the first time I have had custom upholstery done for a couple of chairs and ottomans I had built.
Aga and everyone at Wigger were top notch about getting this project done.
Aga spent a good deal of time helping with picking out fabric and foam and gave great advise on style. The results were fantastic. The cushions made these pieces heirloom quality.
As with most projects, there were things that needed adjusting and finalization and all staff were friendly and accommodating with various small details I wanted and made sure I was totally happy with the results.
I would highly recommend Wigger for any size project. I will continue to use them for any future furniture and home reno projects.

Great experience, met with Dawn at the showroom, wonderful person, helpful and knowledgeable. She came and took the measurements of our windows and withinin 3 weeks we had the blinds delivered and installed. Reasonable prices, very professional and very friendly. Strongly Recommend.

Aga and Elizabeth are wonderful to work with, they will go above and beyond to meet your every need. Beautiful new location with so many fabric, wallpaper, upholstery choices, excited to work with them again professionally and for my own home.

The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. We had some older vertical blinds that needed replacement parts that broke (don't know where they were originally purchased). We had gone to 4 other places to try and get replacement parts - with no success. Then we came across Wigger and dropped in - after a few questions, they knew exactly what we needed and got us the parts within minutes. Are blinds look great again, but in future for any draperies or reupholstery - this is the place to come to first! Unbelievable selection and service.

Mom was satisfied. Years later, still great service with cleaning the items.

I had Wigger helping me with choosing and installing window and skylight blinds in my modern house. They have provided me with excellent service and advice. The ending result was great meeting my expectations. I will definitely use Wigger's help in the future.

Agga was fantastic. I came in asking her to price a job. She honestly told me she didn t want to do it and then spent at least half an hour providing material suggestions, track and sewing details, as well as ideas on who might be qualified for the work. She definitely IS qualified and I hope to work with her in the future!

I had Wigger Draperies make cushions from several needlepoint pictures. Although I sew myself, the pictures had great sentimental value and I wanted them to be perfect. Carla provided excellent support in fabric selection and the Wigger team delivered exceptional quality. I thought the price was very reasonable considering the work inolved - all of the cushions have zippers and piping. It would have taken me at least a week. I'm grateful that Wigger was willing to take on my small projects with the same enthusiasm as their larger projects. A great place for your cherished pieces.

Fantastic personalized service! Staff took the time to explain all options which were available to us and help in appropriate selections. Being from out of Edmonton, it was really nice to be able to arrange next day service for the items we had that needed repair. The selection of fabrics available for draperies and upholstery was second to none! Overall, a great experience - highly recommended!

Great staff, was looking for a small odd replacement part for a blind that is hard to find and they went out of there way and found one in the shop for me, NO CHARGE they said:) They know their product and will go out of their way to assist you.

After getting 5 different quotes from different places and being told my vision was not possible, I came to wigger . They made my dream come true. Beautiful and elegant. When I walked in to my beautiful curtains hanging I almost cried. Thank you Aga for listening. We love our curtains!
