Oct-19 and the Wicksteed folks have made some terrific additions to the children's play area at Grafton Park, New Duston. Funding for the work is provided by Duston Parish Council.

Wicksteed has been designing, building and installing playgrounds since 1918 - and it shows! Their work on our child's school was fantastic. They literally transformed a dilapidated grassy area with a rusty climbing frame into a paradise for growing children. They supplied a variety of equipment and play areas, all of which have lead to some thoroughly happy school children!

Our organisation approached Wicksteed Playscapes for some help with the implementation of a parkour freerunning area to allow local children and youngsters to have a dedicated 'safe' area in which to practice this new sport. They were very helpful and informative and clearly knew their stuff. There was a lot of different options and we worked with them to produce something the kids would be happy to use.
