Shocking customer service.
They tell you they are going to arrange a deal for compensation for only having internet for 10 days out of 2 months
But really they ignore your calls, don't call you back and take your money anyway
You will never find award winning customer service like they promise on the website

No customer care. Poor internet connectivity constantly blames everything but themselves for slow speeds .... Then if you want out your contract early they won't be lenient at all, expecting you pay right until the end for not providing a service at all.....SHOCKING typical Manx company ...... Greedy
