Really nice float. Easy check in process. Few things that aren t included that should be: float direction and key markers are given orally on the bus and can be easy to miss. Dry bags aren t provided. There are no bungees on the kayaks to secure your own stuff. If that stuff was fixed/provided would give 5 stars.

We actually had our own kayaks but we contacted this company because we were staying at the white river campground. The canoe company came and picked us up for a small fee and took us into a landing where we could launch and paddle back to our campground. Ward was our driver provided amazing customer service and additionally he was a wealth of information about the area. We enjoyed talking with him.

Great kayaking experience in the water. However, the bus was packed full and masks weren't worn by staff and few guests. Also need kayaks for taller people because my partner had to have his feet hung over the sides of his.

I love renting from this place. Good prices and friendly staff. The bus ride to the starting point is always fun as the driver is usually funny. All staff is knowledgeable about the river and the route. I have come back time and time again. If I had room to store a kayak I would buy one but until then, this is the best place to rent one.

I am extremely disappointed in the cancelation policy. I am a first responder who works nights. I had to schedule time off in order to take a day trip with my significant other. A few hours prior to the departure time of our day trip, I received an email from white river canoe company that our reservation was cancelled even though it was 90 degrees and sunny. Although I was frustrated that I lost a vacation day, I figured I would get a refund. When I called, they refused to give me my money back. All they wanted to offer is a rain check valid for the season. Most companies will not only give you a refund but find a way to make it right. All I asked for was to get a refund so that I could plan a day trip once it is convenient for us. I urge anyone thinking about planning a trip here to think twice about it. I cannot state enough how disappointed I am in the staff and the company as a whole. 0 out of 10, would. Not recommend.

Cool place to go..They drive you in a bus to the location, which is great. Just wish they would help you a little more at the end. It was difficult for the kids to get their tubes out of the water and carry them up the stairs. Overall we'll do it again. A lot of fun.

I really enjoyed it, the Rusty ore trip was perfect, great weather and perfect time of the year, friendly staff and the bus driver was a hoot.

What a great experience. I went with my son one afternoon to get outside and burn off some energy. We did the 2-3 hour trip in a canoe. River was calm and peaceful and had alot of tree cover for shade along the way. There was lots to look at along the way. Staff was very friendly and seemed happy to be there. We've already scheduled another trip back with the whole family!
