Timbercrest and Fountainbleu apartments are run by slum lords!! Nothing gets fixed or replaced, and if you are late they won't let you know how much until it's quite a large sum, then they will evict you!!! Then if you go to court, the judge will go in favor of them so you have to pay it anyway...
