I d give zero stars if they would let me. Can t get themselves together. Could not contact a towing company for a work van and let the man stranded in 12 degree weather on the south side of Chicago for 4 hours on Nov.12 2019. Absolutely unbelievable. My company was looking in to using them.. not as long as I m alive. Better check your employees and get it together.

Always take a long time for someone to came and assist even for the most simple issues. Then when you check they just keep repeating the same information over again. No one seems to have solutions. AAA is way quicker and better customer service.
