Worst customer experience ever. Before I bought the car, they were all nice and everything. Once I purchased the car, they start to ignore my e-mail, no re-ply at all. I had to e-mail them twice and called them three times just to get a tracking number. I still haven't got the receipt from them, they just never re-ply your e-mail after they sold the car. Worst customer experience ever. They promised full-tank in the contract, and when my car arrived, it was not even half-tank. I will never ever buy car from them again.

Had to learn this the hard way , dealers don't know when stock is coming in. Salesperson Reena lied to us about a car coming in , and then she lies to our financer saying that we apparently changed our mind on the car which I'm sure doesn't even exist. I can only laugh now .

Previous experience with buying cars is just Sale's people to get you in to make business and you don't get looked after where Honda's stuff looking after your car and showing care with regular phone calls for service and experience with.
Westside Honda is definitely best and no doubt i will be buying cars and recommend in future.

Best customer service experience provided to us by everyone especially Reena and Lou. We are very well treated since day one of the visit up to the delivery day of the car. Both are very responsive with my calls and messages and are quite helpful, no dramas. Reena even bothered to respond to my inquiries out of her working day. On delivery day, I was greeted cheerfully by everyone at the showroom and was assisted while I was waiting. Turnover of the car, Reena pretty much handled it smoothly and gave me a lot of time with the familiarization of the features of my new car and did the trouble of helping me setup everything including my Apple Car Play to my phone so that I could safely drive out.
