Westerhouse INC

Westerhouse Heating and Cooling in Eudora truly stands out for their customer care. The team is fantastic and focuses on solving problems in a cost-effective way. I was especially impressed when they made a weekend trip just to handle a coolant top-off before a big graduation party. Their responsiveness is top-notch, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

I interviewed several local HVAC companies in the Eudora area before deciding to go with Westerhouse for my AC and furnace replacement. A recommendation from a close friend, combined with the strong national reputation for American Standard units that Westerhouse carries, sealed the deal. The installation was completed in a single day last April, and the team came back the next day for some final adjustments. Everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous. The new system is significantly quieter than the 19-year-old units it replaced. I’ll have to wait until fall to give a full verdict on the heating performance, but so far, the experience has been excellent.

Westerhouse in Eudora truly saved the day. When our AC died right before prom weekend with the house full of energetic teens, we were stressed. Aaron from the service team jumped on it immediately and got us back to a comfortable temperature. It was a relief to have such caring, responsive professionals handle the emergency. Highly recommend!
