Do not order from this company if ordering online. All their products on the website show up as "In Stock" even though they are not stocked products. Then once you order and wait a week to realize the product is not shipped, because they are still waiting for the vendor to ship them the product, they will ignore all requests to cancel the item and will not give you a refund.. Don't waste your time or your money. It would be better if I could give 0 stars.

Found these guys on line while searching for spin on fuel filters approved for Avgas. They had sold the previous type filter that I had been using but production of had been discontinued. Greg replied to my email telling me that they had a Tops T-3010H filter that was a direct replacement and approved for Avgas so I ordered 10. Just by chance after placing my order I pulled up the item on there company website and in the photo shown could not see where it said it was approved for Aviation Fuel so I called to confirm. Low and behold they were not approved! Unimpressed with my particular salesman's knowledge of their products!

Shipping was fine. Product was fine. Only issue I had was with sales dept. I called in to ask if the power cord for the pump I ordered was included or sold separately (He informed me it was seperate, and I asked if Westech sold that cord). The man I spoke to gave me some bad advice, he advised I could use any 14 gauge wire to hook the pump up, and when I asked him if a fuse would be required, he told me no.
The thing is, I spoke to the pump manufacturer, GPI, and they showed me the documentation that clearly states the power cord circuit must include a 20amp fuse at minimum.
I don't understand why he would advise me on that if he wasn't 100% about the equipment specs.
