Buyer Beware!

In my opinion Verisona Law should come with a warning sign.

Be sure to check if your seller is using them before entering in to anything!

Took 5 months to try and buy a house with the seller using them for the sale. In the end the sale fell through so thank you to Verisona Law for contributing to the chaos, raised anxiety and depression you provided me and my family over 5 months.
Luckily for us we have found a new and better home moving forward. The first thing I checked was that the seller was not using Verisona Law for peace of mind.

Admittedly there were others involved in the process who were also a shambles to deal with and they have been made aware too.
Verisona Law worked at a snails pace from the start with absolutely no urgency shown for our purchase at all.
I lost count the amount of times the agents and my solicitor had to chase them for answers and why things were dragging on and on.

They will no doubt hide behind COVID-19 as the excuse, but I can ensure you that my Solicitors were working with great speed from the start and continued to do so even in Lockdown 1.0. So don't believe the excuses.

I will be making sure to warn off anyone from using Verisona Law.

Not at all helpful. Didn't want the hassle to open up a file even though I was willing to pay. I came to them because their website states they do civil litigation but the case sounded a bit tricky. I asked if I could pay for a letter to just merely to state that they were unable to help but they didn't want to do this either. What is the point?
