I recently booked a weekend getaway through their website and I must say, 😐 it was just average. The website was easy to navigate and had a wide selection of destinations to choose from, but the overall experience fell short of my expectations. The customer service was polite but not very attentive, and I found it difficult to get timely responses to my inquiries. The accommodations were decent, but nothing exceptional. It would have been nice to have some added perks or special offers to make the experience more memorable. Overall, 😐 it was an okay experience, but I'm not sure if I would choose to book with them again in the future.
