Weddings 826

I had an AMAZING experience with Weddings 826 from start to finish. I bought my wedding dress there in May 2019 for my June 2020 wedding, and we all know how that timing worked out. While the shop had to close when I would have begun alterations, my wedding was postponed anyway. My now husband and I still wanted to put together a small ceremony for July, and Suzi and the Weddings 826 team went above and beyond to make sure my dress would still be ready. They were kind and accommodating, and I loved everything from my initial appointment to try dresses on through all of my fittings. I can't say enough positive things about the shop and the team, and would recommend them to all brides!

I could not be happier with my experience working with Weddings 826. I went for my first ever appointment, found a dress that I liked, but they did not push me whatsoever to purchase then and there. I went to a few other stores, but stayed in contact with the store. They got a new dress in store that they thought would be perfect, and it truly was.

In addition, when my tailor was deciding on the best way to bustle the dress, they sent a video of their recommendation and made themselves available at any time for questions.

I tried on 50+ dresses before coming to Weddings 826; I wish I would have started there. The whole team is so nice and accommodating. The store is beautiful and the selection is incredible.
Lauren really listened and understood exactly what I was looking for. She helped me stick to the simple, sleek look I imagined within budget. She made my vision come to life by pulling everything I wanted to try and then working with the designer on a custom dress. She pinned a size 14 in a dozen places so I could really visualize the final bodice in my size; she held various skirts over said bodice to show me the options; she found dresses with different backs until we decided on the right shape; she took pictures from multiple angles. She even got the designer to FaceTime on a weekend to see me in the dress and make sure we were all aligned on the customizations!
Lauren was truly so patient with me and fun to work with the whole time. If you can t find the one, you just haven t met Lauren yet!

Kayla was a wonderful stylist. She listened to my preferences and price point. I ended up coming the next day and meeting with her again, leaving with the dress of my dreams for a reasonable price. My party and I loved our experience at Weddings 826!

I only purchased accessories here but had a fabulous time doing so! I brought my dress and one friend with me and Jordan helped me. She was so nice and accommodating. We were offered champagne when we arrived and I gave Jordan an idea of what I was looking for. She brought me some great options for jewelry and I ended up selecting some beautiful rose gold drop earrings and a silver and rose gold necklace. Would highly recommend Weddings 826 for all your dress and accessory needs!

I came here for an accessories only appointment as I had already purchased my dress at a different store (I had not shopped at Weddings 826 prior to this - if I had known earlier maybe I would have stopped by for their dresses too!). I had a wonderful stylist who spent way more time with me than what was allotted. She paid attention to my preferences and budget. I ended up purchasing my veil and jewelry the same day at reasonable prices. I loved my experience at Weddings 826!

Best decision I ever made to come here and keep searching for the dress. Suzi was amazing and she helped me find the dress I didn't know I was dreaming of. Thank God for this place. Everyone is amazing and sweet. I even missed a fitting and everyone was so gracious about it. So glad I came here. Would 100% recommend.

Suzi was absolutely amazing during my entire wedding dress shopping experience. I tried on dresses 2 weeks before the Pandemic closures, I ended up purchasing my dress virtually after only trying it on once. When the store reopened, Suzi worked so well with my busy schedule to get me in to see the dress again, and for all of my fittings. We customized my dress both with the manufacturer and with their amazing alterations department. Suzi had my back when we had to dispute the color of my dress, and she made sure I was completely satisfied. Bryan, in the alterations department, was wonderful! He even made my custom cap sleeves. I kept accidentally losing weight, so I had to come in for more fittings, but he always reassured me and adjusted my dress quickly. I have no regrets about buying my dress here and having my alterations done here. I highly recommend it!

If I could, I would give 6 stars to Weddings 826. I cannot say enough good things about my experience dress shopping there, mostly thanks to Kristina and how attentive, caring, and attuned she was to my mom and I during our wedding dress weekend extravaganza! The service we received was amazing, and they went above and beyond to try to help me find the perfect dress. I am sad to say I ultimately found "the dress" at another location, but everything about our experience at 826 was perfect. They have an extensive selection of beautiful dresses and at reasonable price points in a very fun and laid-back atmosphere, but the customer service is really what sets 826 heads above the rest. Kristina, if you read this, thank you so much for making me feel so special and cared for!

I popped in yesterday after noticing this shop across the street. They weren't super busy so I inquired about bridal accessories and the manager, Kristina was incredibly helpful with explaining veil lengths, widths and letting me know that they can do custom lengths for any of their veils! I didn't purchase anything yet but will be back to try on accessories with my dress. There's also a super sweet shop puppy if you like dogs :)
