They charged me $110 late fee for being 5 minutes late. My appointment was at 05.00 am , I checked in office at 05.20 and they asked late fee. Very rude people and unprofessional workers.

$110 late fee. I give them two stars only because the personnel is friendly and there is some onsite parking other than that and the fact there is a nice Korean restaurant a block away I could easily give them no stars.

I was trapped in Tx due to road closures from the snow and ice which everyone was made aware of. I was on track to deliver early when the roads closed. My appointment was for 7am I made it by 10am even after being shut down. The guy still say it s $110. Things like this should not be able to happen....
