Had Jags and John clear a site in Moorgate last thing at night. They kept me informed of their arrival time and stayed until 7.30pm to get the load finished without any fuss.

Really quick and pleasant quote. Good price quoted. Team arrived on time and with a courtesy call en route. The job was to remove carpet and underlay from two bed flat. The chaps were very charming and professional. Martin was very efficient. They were tidy, trustworthy and very polite to my neighbor. I would use them again for certain.

Cannot recommend We Clear Junk enough, they are extremely reliable & professional, their customer service is brilliant I mostly deal with Yanni who quickly responds to any query & books in I can usually get next day service also with text & call 10 minutes away from site & a waste transfer note that quickly follows their visit. We have used several companies previously for clearing domestic waste from our sites but now we'll be using these guys every time.
The team, Huzum and Jags, went above and beyond to assist us, were flexible on times and were genuinely lovely blokes.

We Clear Junk do exactly that. If you have something to throw away, give them a call. They do all the lifting and carrying. We had Huzum & Jags who were excellent.

Very friendly and polite guys who showed up to clear the building waste. Hazum, Alex A and Cristian are definitely an asset to their company and they should be proud of them and their service to customers.

The guys went beyond the call of duty to ensure that the sensitive building management requirements are met and respected.

I do have to note that there was a slight misunderstanding when I requested a fridge (which was outside of our original agreement) to be also disposed of but was not happy with the price I was quoted for that single item as it is considered a hazardous material. I was informed over the phone that it was at cost; so I did not go ahead and left the fridge in the premises ... but was quite disappointed about the inflexibility of it all.

Having said that, I was called back later in the day by their customer operations manager Marion, and have to say that she was fantastic in clearing up the misunderstanding and has definitely restored my faith in the company.

I would certainly use them again and recommend to others.

impeccable service! Sara was never more than a few minutes to reply to every request we had. Removers arrived on time and with proper notice given about their arrival. Cannot reccomend these guys highly enough.

I had about 15 cubic yards of builders rubbish to clear from a front driveway. I know this, as have filled up the front garden numerous times during this renovation, and it takes 2 x 7 yard skips to clear it. Rather than get 2 x skips, to save money I arranged a single collection from this company.

They asked for a photo to quote for the job, I sent one over and they estimated it was going to be a full truck load of 14 cubic yards - about what I expected. They quoted less than the cost of the two skips, so I went ahead with it.

When I arrived at the site, the rubbish looked almost the same as it had the day before so I asked the builders if they had been. They said they had. I assumed they must of already had a mainly full truck and would be coming back to collect the rest.

I didn't receive any further contact from them until the accounts person called to collect payment. The booking form says "The truck team will confirm the exact volume and price on arrival" - this never happened, instead they informed me that I HAD TO PAY ALMOST TWICE WHAT THEY HAD QUOTED WHEN THEY HAD REMOVED LESS THAN HALF OF THE TOTLE RUBBISH. i.e This is going to end up costing over 4 x what I had been told.

If there is this much of discrepancy between quote and actual cost, they absolutely should not have gone ahead with the job without getting the go ahead from the person paying the bill, as I would not have approved it, and would instead have booked my two skips as usual.

I now still have at least a skips full of rubbish I need to clear.

Excellent service from start to finish - it was quite a big job and I was struggling to find someone to do it but We Clear Junk took it on with no problems. Got it booked in really quickly, Jemma was so fast with her responses and the guys that came were really quick and were even able to finish up the next day when it took a bit longer than expected. I needed to move some large pieces of furniture from both home to storage and storage to home and I called WCJ removals. The team were very efficient and careful of the items that they were moving and everything was completed within 2 hours.
