Watco supply chain services

This is One of the unethical brokers in the industry. They keep looking for cheap carriers after booking a load and they are master in telling lies. My load was from Dallas to Las Vegas. Shipper loaded my truck and broker(zach) called me that load has been canceled due to a machine break down in the plant. When I told that my truck is already getting loaded then he called the shipper and asked them to unload.

Beware of these cheap brokers.

The broker Devin Martinez got caught in lie, He said I checked in late at 0930 when my appt was at 0800 so therefore since i didnt get loaded til 1245 and couldnt make afternoon appt at receiver they were not gonna pay me layover. Hmmm I called the shipper who said they hadnt spoken with anyone and they confirmed that i was the first truck to check in when they open. But better than word of mouth when you check in they ask your phone number and it sends you a welcome message to standby with a time stamp showing 8;03 am.

One of my favorite carriers to work with. Very reliable and always get my freight delivered on time. Highly recommend them!

Very bad experience , never do loads for this broker. Dipatcher Danielle Potter lie to the carrier about te tarp load and after the driver did the tarping wait for 2 h she is refusing to pay, very rude and poor customer service, my carrier will compnain on DAT and truckstop also.

This company lies about everything: PU and Delivery time, Weather condition, they also cancel loads and don't pay TONU, their rate is super low and the communication between them is HORRIBLE. I had the worse experience ever.

I got the best customer service from Don at the Dallas branch location. Don was so helpful and and answered all my questions. Most definitely the branch I will go to from now on.

We need 100's of loads each month hauled all over the country. Watco has been the best 3rd Party Logistics company we've worked with in 15 years. A.J. Pitts has been nothing short of outstanding; executing each load we need covered with clear communication and high level of service to us and our end customer. We get 1 to 2 calls a week from a 3PL looking to haul loads for us and we proudly reply: "WE ARE COVERED AND ARE PLEASED WITH OUR CURRENT SERVICE."
