Our dumpster didn't arrive until Wednesday when our requested date was Monday. They let us keep the dumpster until next Wednesday. It is now a week past when they were going to pick it up. I have called multiple times and keep getting meaningless excuses. Never using this company again.

I use them all the time. They are very nice when I call, and they don t waste my time when I get there. I will continue to use them, and recommend them.

Terrible customer service, lack of respect for their customers. Didn t show up when they claimed to dump our dumpster. I don t recommend their service.

Have only been with this company for a little over a month and am highly disappointed. They are never here when they say they are going to be here and I just got off the phone with them to ask them why they didnt dump me last week and they said they dumped me on the 24th of November, which would have been Thanksgiving, and we did not get dumped.

Absolutely the best service around. We switched to them several years ago and it was a huge improvement over the last provider. We have Monday pick-up which works perfect with our cottages. They are there every week without fail and have adjusted the number of bags on a dime to help with heavy weeks in our cottage rental business. THE BEST!!!!!

Absolutely horrific customer service. They treat their customers like garbage.
