As a CUSTOMER, I have to say that my experience with WASHNOW has been average. The quality of their service is just okay, nothing outstanding. The only positive thing I can say is that they are prompt in delivering the clean clothes. However, the clothes don't always come out completely clean and sometimes there's a strange smell. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
