I preordered some cds and vinyl in May. Have had pending charges for the amount of 220.38 every week since May, even when the release date was pushed back 3 weeks. Now, the release date is here, Friday, July 5th,2019. Every day this week, I've had those same pending charges for a total of 881.52. No replies to my emails, nothing. If you desire to preorder anything and see this company as the distributor, beware, this will happen to you too. I question this business practice, no more so than this week alone.

Shame on you for charging our hospitals, fire brigades and Volunteers of the red cross for taking part in the "Jerusalema" challenge!
The song has gained a great positive reputation because of the videos posted by important parts of the Healthcare system in Germany. None of them intended to gain money or even thought about financial profit while creating the videos of people dancing to the song. It was only meant to spread hope and a sense of safety, sending out a sing that all will get better soon if everyone stay strong together.
And I bet that the artist will have no benefit out of this whole ordeal. Some hospitals have been charged 25.000 ! What the hell?
I will not purchase any products or services by Warner Music anymore.

If I could give negative stars I would. Bought a hoodie for someone for $60 and they have charged my account a total of 8 times. Will not answer the phone or return emails. Don't buy anything from these people they are a total scam.

I barley have 2 minutes of a song in a video and was copyrighted. I gave full credit to the Artist and stated a copyright infringement was not intended. When I tried to contact the service was terrible in not being able to provide me with a simple answer.
