Recently our Warmly Yours heated flooring system stopped working, Contact the company via email and was able to determine a power module was not operating. This heated flooring system was installed back in May of 2012, they still had records of purchase and parts ordered thus allowing me to place an order for the correct component, place an order, and have it arrive via delivery in three days. Back up and running like new. All representatives I interacted with were knowledgeable, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. They could teach others on great customer service.

Here at LakeCrest Builders we have used Warmly Yours in all of our custom homes for over 10 years. Mary is always very helpful with any questions we have regarding the two types of warm floors they offer. The cost for the flooring is minimal for the added value it adds to your home. We will continue to use them for years to come!

I ordered multiple standard size mats for the same bath without realizing that this will force a number of thick connectors to be fed into a tight conduit to the thermostat. Contacted sales about it, and Pedro facilitated a custom order and an exchange. Excellent service!
