Disgusting service!!!

I booked a bus from Queenstown to Wanaka, leaving at 5:30pm. By 5:10, I was waiting outside The Station, Queenstown, as per my ticket. When I was still waiting at 5:45, I rang the office. A woman told me that she had rung me at 5:30 (I have no record of this, nor did she leave a message). She told me the bus had left without me. She said the bus had circled the block, and I wasn't there.

I was standing OUT THE FRONT with a big suitcase. I did not blend in with the skiers. I was watching from 5:10, and Alpine Conexions never once drove past me. I was told that it was my own fault, and was offered nothing. When I tried to argue, the lady on the desk hung up on me! When I tried to ring again, the line rang out.

I have never had such appalling service. I was waiting at the allotted spot ON TIME and abused when I tried to rectify the situation. Absolutely disgusting. I will never use this company again. Do not trust them!

I've used this service multiple times and am very impressed with it. The drivers are very gentlemanly and get out and open the door for you. They are also quite willing to help you with your bags.
They make every effort to get you on the bus and too your destination on time. Very pleasant people in a greatly appreciated service. Thank you
