Ordering parts is a nightmare here... be warned calling them. Call somebody else!

Forget these guys, worst customer service ever. They are only interested in selling complete lift gates, not supplying THEIR parts for them when they break down. They do not honor any time guarantee, I've been waiting 3+ months for parts that were initially to be ready in 2 weeks. Buy a Maxxon instead and save yourself the hassle when the time comes for repairs.
