Terrible place, top team has an inflated ego and talk about grandiose marketing on products. They import from China and have nothing to do with Hyundai - again false and fake.
The creatives of the product are best. They are very economical as compared to bottled water jars.
The response for the queries and service calls is excellent.
They have their internal service software which help in monitoring the real time status of each service call. Replacing the jars with WAE station is helping in saving a huge cost and efforts.
WAE is not a product oriented company, they are service based brand. They offer PAN India service. False marketing is not needed by 10 year old brand.
Product & service @ WAE has been exceptional till date.
