I have the system for about 9 years. I am wanting to create a new company. And they do not offer discount. How little they seem to do if you will hire again or not. Since I overcome all communication problems with support, especially over the phone. I will look for a new one for both companies.

I am trying to talk to the Commercial sector, for a contact to purchase the service. But the person at the reception when answering the extension turns off the phone, it is never answered,
I was disappointed with this company, they should have more respect for the people who call the company

I have been trying to talk to the Commercial sector since yesterday (06/05/2019) all day, for a service purchase contact. But the extension is never answered, and when they answered me at the front desk .... I passed my data for a return, and so far nothing.
I was disappointed with this company because it was an indication of a great client of yours.

Simple and robust system, works very well for the national simple company. For Real Profit or Presumed Profit companies, this system does not work. It does not meet the legislation in force in MG.
It does not generate several important registries of sintegra or SPED as record 88 for example.
For simple operations it is fine. But unfortunately, they are unable to comply with state legislation in most states.

Impossible To talk to them, ask for the customer's code, when I type the connection goes down.
Almost an hour trying.

Good software company. It developed greatly and began to provide increasingly personalized services. Today, technical support has improved a lot mainly through chat, but the phone is not satisfactory.

Very good service! People can understand what the customer needs to manage. A very robust and adaptable system! Very good!

I'm almost 1 month trying to install the software and nothing, I call, I talk to Brenda, she says she'll return and nothing, I try to talk to Iuri is the same thing. A total neglect, I tried to talk to the superiors so that it could resolve and speed up the process. But no answer !!!! I ask; Does this company value its customers? Or are your employees unmotivated? Completely dissatisfied !!!!
