VSO: Empowering Communities through Volunteerism

VSO is a global organization that has been working tirelessly to empower communities in developing countries for over 60 years. Founded in the UK in 1958, VSO has since expanded its reach to over 20 countries across Africa, Asia, and the Pacific.

- In Uganda: A young girl named Sarah was able to complete her primary school education thanks largely due support provided by one of our partner CBOs supported under our Education Program.

- In Bangladesh: A woman named Fatima was able start her own business after receiving training under our Entrepreneurship Development Program.

- In Sierra Leone: A community was able rebuild after being hit hard by Ebola outbreak thanks largely due support provided under our Disaster Response Program
