The VCBS is an online program that provides coaches with everything they need to build successful teams from scratch or take existing teams to new heights. It includes over 2000 pages of content covering everything from practice planning and team building strategies to drills for improving specific skills.
The CBVT system focuses on beach volleyball training specifically but can be applied across all levels of play including indoor volleyball as well as sand doubles or quads tournaments at any level including juniors up through AVP professionals!
