Only reason 4stars took who's to unload and its very tight for frozen

Great delivery experience. Very friendly people, stayed overnight( no problem), fast unloading.

Unloaded in 1 hour. Payed cash $230 lumper fee for full trailer of bottled water.

They have room for overnight parking.
Dispatch sent me here for noon appointment, got here at 12:01, they told me rescheduled for am.
Not sure one person who barely spoke English said 8am "karen" in shipping said 9am.
Hope they feel like unloading me in the am.
Driver parked next too me was here when i got here at noon.
They are not busy.
One truck has unloaded.

Best place deliver had 6am by 6:45 I was on my way keep it

I just had a $524.00 lumper fee here. That's highway robbery from another high cost lumper service. This Lumper service was CDS.

Went there to deliver got there and hour early lumper is pricey but was in and out

I wasn't there very long and had very little contact with the employees so my experience isnt much but I'll say the employees were nice and they didn't take long to unload my trailer. The customer is in a nice safe business development and I'd assume they allow overnight parking because of the size of the lot. The only negative is they have only 2 docks and if the 1st one is taken you'll either have to bland side in to the other or wait because of a very large retaining wall.
