I was invited by Lourdes for an interview for the Payroll/AP Clerk position. When I got there, I was only interviewed for about 3 mins. and was told by Lourdes that they require 2 years experience in AP so she doesn t even know why she called me. My resume states very clearly that I have 6 mos. experience as a Payroll Specialist/Accounting Assistant. I tried to explain that I have general knowledge of AP and am willing to learn but Lourdes always cut me off whenever I talked. She said they don t have time to train and that I m just going to fail . I was really offended by how unprofessional she is. She invited me for an interview without even looking at my resume? A total waste of my time and gas money, not to mention that she asked me to fill out 3 forms and answer a 145-question exam just an hour prior to my interview schedule, just when I was about to leave the house and drive to their office.

Indeed, this is the worst application experience I ever had!
