I work in sales (retail ) for 20 years plus one thing I do know to Speak to the customer In a kind understanding way is better than being in a pushing non-kind way.
I was going to speak to a manager however the guy who I spoke to
Kevin Scott
claims he s the manager and the district manager of visit Orlando
So I figured if I can t talk to someone I would Write a review Since I can t talk to anyone
This just happened this morning
I called back Visit Orlando after they called me back from emailing them over the weekend
I was speaking to Kevin Scott on the phone I was trying to get prices of the hotel plus the hidden fees that they don t mention
(Resort fee and taxes and fees)
After My Calculation
I told him it s the same price that I could book at a regular hotel price then his attitude changed
he became very pushy very not understanding
and when I asked to speak to his manager he said he is the manager when I asked to speak who is above him he said he s above everyone this is my experience with visit Orlando with Kevin Scott

visitorlando company is a huge scam. Do not buy pay anything to them.

My mother and I paid $75 for two tickets to Disney Quest months in advance, they do not allow for printing of tickets, will not make arrangements to get tickets to Disney Quest or the WDW resort we are staying in and they're not giving us a refund since we have no means of transportation. To go from our resort, to their location and back is about $60+ by taxi - that's not including the meter running for asking them to wait for God knows how long to just get the tickets. And to have the tickets mailed to you in advance was not reasonable either. The cost of "shipping" was more than what we "saved" on their "special deal". This is no savings unless you have a larger group of people...for 2, it's a rip off!

Bunch of bull if you ask me!!! Could have used that money for the actual vacation.

NEVER GOING THROUGH YOU GUYS EVER AGAIN!

Buyer beware! We purchased tickets for Universal and Disney to be used May 2020. Both parks are closed and we are unable to go. I called both theme parks and they are offering complete refunds for any tickets purchased directly through them. When I contacted Visit Orlando, I was told that they are not giving any refunds. My only options are to go later (which is not possible for my family, give my tickets away, or just get used to the idea that I have lost $1000.00.

Bottom line: Don't plan ahead. Don't buy things from third party vendors.

I regret that I did business with Visit Orlando. Please learn from my mistake.

This review is for Lilly's on the lake restaurant, Clermont. I had a great time at this restaurant last weekend. The service was very good.The menu is reasonably priced and there is probably something on it for everyone. Great appetizers; excellent seafood. The drink menu was also pretty extensive I will save this location when I would want to have a quality time. Overall - great place! I would recommend this restaurant to one and all.

Do not buy that $79 meal deal for the whole year it's a rip-off seems excellent by the Dozen

I advise all tourists to go to the first day of arrival and booked all the places of saliva from Disney and to the Land or any amusement park that goes to many comfortable and arrange your trip and booking you anything you need and look with them all the tickets and you are comfortable and comfortable Latabu and nothing

The best place for any of your attraction needs in the Orlando area. The people there are extremely helpful and attentive. They are extremely familiar with the Orlando area, so knowledgeable. The attraction ticket prices are fairly reasonable. A one stop shop for your Orlando vacation needs.
