This company was hired by Cablevision/Optimum to run a cable through my front lawn. When they were running the cable, they apparently cut the line going to our sprinkler system in 3 different places, which cost us $370 to fix. They also disconnected our old cable line without connecting the new one, which left us without internet and TV service.

Visionpro sent an installer to my building. This guy took of his glove. Threw it on the sidewalk, I asked him to please pick it up before he left. He did not. It is really upsetting to know that this company is sending people around littering the street especially now possible spreading Covid-19.
