Visionet systems worst company.they not give the salary properly.if you work OT they not give the OT amount.but they call you again OT if you not come they send you out of the office..they treat the employee as slaves..so please no one join there it is my over all experience in Visionet..I give the 0/5 for Visionet..for SLK, fidelity, first American 5/5
As per the Indian government nominees have employee have the age of 18years...in Visionet systems for the new process they taken the 10th/12th pass/fail they taken the job.. but the complete the 10th means they not have complete the 18years..

Because of QA team manager(Shivakumar Naik) no one get high salary in the visionet system, and no one get incentive, once Shivakumar left definitely visionet will go up, untill unless visionet ll b like this, get out Shivakumar....

Don't join here because i feel very bad because they terminated 30 people's suddenly after 6 months, they don't care employees and basic pay is very low and also more politics in there. if you don't have any other company offers please make it has temporary job and find better job and incentive cannot achieve because Daily target is too high please please don't waste ur career, go and find another company
I met harseth(manager, vision net systems) he is fraud, he is the partner of one small startup company, only 3 persons working, they take a room in an apartment in saravanampatti. What a cunning person in the world, he is doing business and cheating vision net management. And the hr executive(bharanidharan) is also arrogant and stupid, he doesn't know how to give respect to the candidate. I hate vision net systems for these two bad stupid fellows. Guys, I will be the last victim, don't go to this company.
Experience people please don't join here and don't waste your time & energy, basic pay is too low compared to IT standards and also there is lots of politics, even they may reduce the basic pay also even if your performance is exceeding expectations.
