I used this product on my perfectly healthy cat for a routine ear clean, luckily I only managed to administer to one ear. She clawed at me, ran and threw up. She started falling over and couldn't walk straight. After a vet examination, I was told she was blistered and ulcerated all the way down her ear canal which had then caused an infection. My vet contacted Virbac and stated that her opinion was the product has caused my cat's ear problem. Their response was they couldn't rule out user error and that I may have rubbed her ear too hard. I did not rub her ear at all, let alone too hard and I fail to see how that would cause the injuries my vet diagnosed. I am out of pocket around $300, which in these hard times, I can not afford. Disgusting customer treatment, and disputing a vet professionals diagnosis. Please save your pet some extreme pain and avoid this brand at all costs!
