We worked together with Vinco from Haaltert on drawing up the plans for our new-build home. They would be responsible for the preparation of the EPB. We had a very good feeling beforehand, but were very disappointed. Apparently small projects like ours are really not a priority for them, because we had to wait months for a response. As a result, our file did not progress. We never got hold of our file manager by telephone, we were always put off by Nicolas Van Isterdael (that this was their way of working and we had just signed a contract). Never again!
