Started off strong when first opened! However, they have gone downhill!! Staff is rude and seems to be miserable all the time. Unpleasant when ordering over the phone. And no matter how many times we order from here THEY ALWAYS SCREW IT UP! Every time we order a salad there is always something missing! We ordered a sandwich from the specials menu once and got something completely different! When we called to ask why this was they stated that it was because they had run out and improvised! If we had known this we would have ordered something else.

I've been going to Village since they opened. Always best staff and food. But last two months have been complete 180. Food orders always wrong, takes forever to get food and staff rude. Not sure what happened but needs to change
