Disappointing service. My recent experience was far from what I anticipated. The booking process was confusing, and communication with the team lacked clarity. Upon arrival, the property was not in the condition promised, and several amenities were either missing or not functioning. I expected better attention to detail, especially given the premium price point. Overall, I found the experience frustrating and would not recommend it to others seeking a seamless getaway.

In May 2024, my family and I enjoyed an incredible stay at Casa Escondida in Punta Mita, thanks to Villa Experience. The villa was luxurious, with stunning beachfront views and immaculate amenities. The service was outstanding, with a dedicated concierge, chef, and butler ensuring our every need was met. The booking process was smooth, and communication was excellent. Our stay was unforgettable, and I highly recommend Villa Experience for a top-tier vacation in Punta Mita.
