The project manager for breakouts said that all the techs you sent for this last show were really good, hard workers and they were great to work with. Thank you!! Also, GREAT crew in Houston at the JW Marriott, I had worked with all of the techs you sent on a previous job, they did great once again! Thanks!

Thousands of dollars in back pay owed for months to many many employees. Still receiving PPP loans, still refusing to pay.
I Needed a repair Estimate for a warranty. Steve helped every step of the way. Don't call geek squad for TV and home theater call these guys.
They don't pay their techs. 5 months later nothing. They disappeared. If you are a client, don't be. Your event will fail
i worked with VTS for over 7 years. they decided to not pay any workers when the Covid crisis hit. do not do business with these people.
I just wanted to let you know that my cam op today, Kevin, was outstanding. Punctual, friendly, knew his stuff. We would love to work with him again. Thanks, VTS. Sandy
We appreciate all the good hustle throughout the day! You guys rocked!
Thank you!

Everything went well and we are booking additional events with you. This was another stellar crew. Great work from all. The on-site LC was an all-star! Everyone was wonderful, they are welcome back on any of our calls! I look forward to working with VTS again.
Very unprofessional. I made three attempts trying to contact VTS (the first 2 I was told they were busy, and would call me back. I never received a call back). By the time I finally got into contact with VTS, we were already getting close to the event in question. On this call, a representative by the name of Austin who I believe to be an assistant manager, cursed me out due to the inconvenient timing and hung up on me. Needless to say, I have no intention of associating myself with this embarrassing behavior in the future.
**update - I still have unpaid wages from February, it appears I'm not the only one.**
*URGENT* IMMEDIATE LEGAL ACTION - for unpaid wages -
Hello, this is David Eischen, again, disabled US military veteran with access to FREE legal assistance.
Please respond with any payment updates. Failure to respond will be viewed as failure to comply. I have been advised by my council to file a court subpoena if I do not get paid my full owed amount by the end of the month.
I have sent in several invoices, emails, text messages with no information on whether we're getting paid or not and only getting the run-around. Furthermore, as of late last month, stop getting responses all together.

They say they send out quality technicians A1, A2, V1, V2, L1, L2 s, AV Techs and AV floaters. All I see are truck loaders and pushers who don t know the difference between an xlr and a dmx cable. I don t want to sit around an hour teaching someone to build fast fold screens, hear feedback through all my audio systems or spend countless hours taking the a**holes out badly wrapped cable s. Also seems like they send out favorites, I ve had guys come out on the VTS crew that I ve worked with on gigs prior and it still seems like their first day. All in all, not very knowledgeable but can push cases like non-other. If you absolutely positively have to hire labor then save yourself some money and just ask for truck loaders you ll get the same guys anyways.
In regards to the crew for this event, we could not have been happier.
I would like to extend a special thank you to Stan. We could not have done it without him. I had the highest confidence in him and he came through with flying colors. If Stan did not have the expert firsthand knowledge of his crew. We would have been stuck. Thank Rah for stepping up and thank Stan for his LEADERSHIP. I use the word LEADERSHIP in regards to Leads like Stan, Jason, and Jeremy. I ve seen those guys hop in and help their team. They are not the type to just sit and watch. I d also like to extend my gratitude to Jovilynn, Brandon McCoy, and Tim . Their professionalism, knowledge, and great attitude really stood out.
Thank You,
Tandy R.
Why can't people get a hold of any VTS personnel? Are you out of business? Is that why you haven't paid your technicians in 3 months? Been trying to contact you for over a month myself regarding my unpaid invoice.
CURRENT AND NEW CLIENTS BEWARE!
UPDATE: CORPORATE AUDIO VISUAL LABOR AKA CAVL IS INCORPORATED IN FLORIDA UNDER THE VTS UMBRELLA!!
