The Velocity organization is one of best organization..good environment,office staff.

This company will make you beg on streets , calls , door to door and will tell you bluff about being entrepreneur. But eventually you'll understand that you are not earning anything from this job. They are doing businesses in the name of charity . 1st CRY and now save the children . We don't even know that these children are really there or not. But at the time of salary .. they will hold your money in the name of some bond and deals which aren't verified. And most of the times they take all that money to them.
Disastrous company I've ever seen. I still can't believe how they fooled me and many freshers to do hard work for them without getting paid. We were calling people day and night and collecting donations for these greedy people.

One of the worst company you can work for. Everyone is trying to fool the people working under them. Their boss Amit Baid is fooling all the people who work under him.. Joined as fresher and was able to survive this for 2 months. Learned a lot about how to cheat people and how to know when someone is trying to cheat me.. the person who call himself Amit baid is one of the main for this location. It is like everyone on the hirachy is cheating the people working below them.

Highly not recommend. It's my personal experience in interview process for business development manager profile. Basically they have 2 day interview process. 1st day they conduct PI and GD round. 2nd day they repeat GD round and field activity(door to door money collection). In field work they collecting money for cry ngo. And they have weekly payment system but it's depend on performance.

I personally don't like job profile so that I reject this offer and then it started. High level manager behave very unprofessional with unselected candidate. They tearing unselected candidate resume in front of all. They have unnecessary rules like do talk with other candidates, switch off your cell phone, you can't use cell phone etc.

It's Fake company, I went for the interview and got selected, they didn't gave any joining letter also..they did not disclose any salary after joining also As I was fresher I wanted to know what is this .. I work thr for approx 5 day. Then I realised that they are taking money for CRY Foundation and it is not reaching to needy children, .. Its fake .. Don't go for interview also They will show you only gudy gudy things but in real it's strolling .. For girls I don't think it's safe ..
