6 weken over levertijd, een pak tegels die bijna allemaal stuk zijn bij levering (6 vd 9) waarvoor geen nieuwe kunnen gegeven worden omdat het moet gaan om minstens 2% van de totale bestelling. Bij bestelling van een nieuw pak moet je eerst ter plaatse gaan op kantoor(Aartselaar) om de order te tekenen, vervolgens mag je de volgende dag naar Tessenderlo rijden om op het afgesproken uur (kan niet in het weekend) een pakje tegels op te pikken...
