I always receive prompt courteous service from Jessica and the service team and have grown to trust them with my concerns and issues. I am very comfortable recommending Valley Buick GMC for sales and service. I believe they have their customers best interest in mind at all times.

I went to a different GMC dealership that claims to be the number 1 dealership around and was up sold on all kinds of extras that I did not won"t. I saw an add for valley GMC with a truck I might be interested in, so I swung in to look. From the time I meet with Dwayne Pogue to the time I drove off the lot, the process was exactly what I wanted. Dwayne was professional and honest probably one of the best sales person I have ever come across. I highly recommend Dwayne and Valley GMC, I will be a return customer !!!!!!

First time ever receiving service here. All the staff were kind and knowledgeable. They delivered quick and friendly service. A very organized and well ran operation.

The crew responded to my presence in line within a few minutes. They offered me a water bottle and a newspaper to make my wait a pleasant one.

Went for an oil change, waited approximately 5-7 min before being approached, they took my info along with cars info, I pulled right in..
On website it shows that oil changes were 109.99 for diesel but was actually charged 112.99. Website also stated that I would be getting my tires rotated with the oil change, that didn t happen, nor was I even asked about it.
I did ask the clerk if they did fuel filters replacement, in which she acknowledged, because mine was at 45%. Next time I saw her was when she came to me with the bill for $333.58.
I spoke with the gentleman who replaced the fuel filter and asked him how bad was it, in which he responded with not bad at all, it still had a lot of life to it .
First of all, I never asked for it to be replaced, I just asked if they did that there (wasn t sure if I had to take it in the shop to get it done or if I could just go to the oil bay to get it done)
Secondly, if it was still good and had a lot of life to it why replace it
It s definitely looking like I ll be on the fence of coming back here

Great service so far. Purchased a new Encore GX rather unexpectedly late on a Saturda. Both sales, and finance stayed after closing to make it happen!

I had a really nice shopping experience with Valley Auburn GMC. This has been my first time purchasing a brand new vehicle so I didn t know what to expect but Duane took care of everything. They even pick me up from the train station and brought me down to the dealership when I got into town. Definitely will consider buying my next vehicle there
