My husband and I were in Rome in June of 2015 and stopped by the new flagship store. It was beautiful and elegant with gorgeous marble, modern and classic design and friendly staff. Pablo in the men's department gave us a tour of the store, and showed us various options for menswear that we didn't know about. Afterwards he recommend a local and delicious restaurant for us to have dinner at. It was an amazing experience and very beautiful. I would recommend anyone visit the store and ask for Pablo if you go, he is so nice and patient!

Refined environment very nice staff. For lovers of the Valentino brand there are the most exclusive pieces of the new collections. Very large, it has many departments for men, women and accessories, adjacent to the Spanish Steps.

Shop highly recommended! Staff very available both by phone and in point of sale. The guy who served us even would have made us a product from a store (always brand itself) extra-European if we had not found anything else that we liked. What can I say, perfect!

If the salesman is the first intermediary between the customer and the brand, I highly recommend educating the staff of this store better. (Or at least choose them smarter, because talking about a customer in his presence makes him want to buy anything)

I purchased a Rockstud Spoleto bag, I suffered some sagging bending over itself in the central flap. I immediately went to the boutique in Rome and for about a month I have no more news !! Obviously you buy these items at a high price not for the value but for fashion and trend, I wonder what I do with it at the end of the season. A premium brand shouldn't ignore post-sales in this way.
