Communication is downright bad, I have asked for a change of address several times; never executed. Several times indicated that there were changes in the situation; never did anything with it. Employee service is to cry; very unfriendly and people listen badly. A simple confirmation by e-mail about what has been discussed and what will be carried out is also not possible.

Good information at the desk, friendly employees. Long wait for results is the only downside. Slightly inappropriate conversations between colleagues at the desk are particularly amusing while waiting, but also discouraging due to misinformation heard.
