Must be there yesterday. After a brain haemorrhage. Would be nice in such cases that I should not travel 50 km while an immense office of UWV is 5 km away from me here with treatment rooms that are now empty there. Large office for administrative staff only. Otherwise, sell those properties, hire enough doctors and do something about the desperate position that really gets in the way of people who are really wrong. 70% and deductible and medication reimbursements. In disguise, someone is allowed to keep about 60 to 65% of their purchases. Rehabilitation costs money or do we prefer disabled people because of this mismanagement.

Very helpful good service everyone is complaining here but is easy to complain about others than about yourself because you can be happy that it is your UV and that you get money in other countries you get nothing so bad we have it here in the Netherlands don't worry about luxury problems THANKS UWV VERY THANKS FOR ALL HELP

They don't even deserve this one star.

Communication is downright bad, I have asked for a change of address several times; never executed. Several times indicated that there were changes in the situation; never did anything with it. Employee service is to cry; very unfriendly and people listen badly. A simple confirmation by e-mail about what has been discussed and what will be carried out is also not possible.

Despite the fact that almost everyone has something to complain about UWV, I don't think it's a bad body anymore. Strict yet fair, is my experience. Also always fast and comprehensive answers to questions. And not as slow as it used to be, not even with payments (I've had a WIA for a while).

Of course we hear things in the news. But if you base your image of UWV on your own recent experience, then it is not all that terrible.

Participation Act means: forcing as many sick people as possible to work to cut costs. They don't take you seriously here, expertise so bad that it is not to be called expertise, they work carelessly, communication is bad, every time you hear something different. You will receive a letter with a mandatory appointment a day in advance. Legal Matters Needed To Keep Your Full Benefit. You are supposed to be equal before the law, but the UWV is clearly getting an edge, it is almost impossible to win that, unfair position of power. While their 'research' and substantiation by a layperson could have been done so badly.

Today, July 26, 2016, I have been trying to call the UWV for 30 minutes, but there is no answer. No decision has been made for two months and my daughter cannot pay her fixed costs and health insurance. What if she comes to the hospital? Pick up that phone!

She is legally entitled to her benefit and is a thoroughbred Dutch!

Good information at the desk, friendly employees. Long wait for results is the only downside. Slightly inappropriate conversations between colleagues at the desk are particularly amusing while waiting, but also discouraging due to misinformation heard. Case "I hope that my doctor is not, otherwise I no longer have confidence in it" and fortunately that was not the case.
