Terrible customer service. Doesn't offer any way to contact them in the weekend even though the internet is down and I am an on internet depending student, and doesn't seem to care about fixing things quickly. Offer your customers a proper service!

Really bad connection and most of the time no internet at all. Useless internet service. 7 days without internet, 15 calls, 5 emails and so far no response. Also forced to use this provider. Avoid at any cost!!!
