They are charging a bill I already paid and reported it to the credit bureau. Total scam!!

Think this company was great, they handled every call professionally, my only concern was that they didn't set up automatic payments correctly at one point and almost messed up our routine payments, but that was fixed. I would have to say as an over all collection agency they did their job and I paid the money that was owed to Kaiser for medical expenses. Just happy I don't owe a collection agency money period. haha

Horrible is too nice of a word to describe this company. The worst possible customer service and professionalism ever!! The customer service rep do not know how to speak to people. They are so rude. I hate that a bill (I didn t even know I had) is with this company. SN: the Customer Service Rep by the name of Delia should find a new job since she does not seem to want to serve customers.

I think this is a just fraudulent company. They sent me a bill of Kaiser which I haven't own any money. I hope someone starts class action againt them.

Apparently this is a scam the more people we have together the better... I'm trying to take legal action against them apparently I own $398 I called today and they didn't had any account under my name on the system they couldn't even find me with my social....I ask for a mail letter but they refuse.

This company is a scam they re saying that I/O Kaiser Permanente I tried to call their number and it s disconnected going to report them to the Better Business Bureau

Called them to inquire about a 100 dollar bill from Kaiser. I informed him that my mother whom the letter is addressed to passed away. Then he tried to get my name and I asked why do you need my name? I called you to tell you that the person you are trying to collect this debt from is dead. Rude inconsiderate, no condolences just what is your name. I told him to eat it and hung up.

Kaiser should be ashamed of themselves for using this company. You can't get a live person on the phone...this is a work comp bill that they are trying to collect from one of my employees!!!

Kaiser never sent me a bill and this company wanted me to set up automatic payments to pay off a 400 bill and becaus. This company are nothing but con artists and their employees are too

This company is scamming people. I received a letter I owed 55 dollars to Kaiser. First of all, when you owe money to Kaiser they notify through email. I never received such notice. Second, Kaiser lets you see all billing info when you log into your account. I have no balance. Zero. NONE. This company harassed me to the point of sending a letter to my house for a debt I do not owe. I will report them. This has to stop. SCAMMERS. This better not happen again.

Total Scam - they are trying to collect for a bill that was paid in full last year.

They claimed that my wife owed Kaiser Permanente 25 years ago which we don't; con artist ...scam !!!

Asking for my birthday and my son's birthday 5 seconds into the phone call just so they can verify. Saying that i need to pay my bill now: today. Just remember folks: guard your personal information at all cost. Can't believe these scams are still around.

They say I owe Kaiser money and just filed a delinquency without letting me know!
