Former customer. The service simply doesn't work as advertised. They simply outsource the energy data management to a team in India and nothing is automated about it. I felt that the management team oversold its capabilities, and the support for the product simply isn't there. They are just looking for a big company to be stupid enough to buy Urjanet.
